Nominative information provided to the company DG Consultants by users of the event site via requests for information, forms or on-line questionnaires which are completed by the users are required (unless indicated as optional) for the processing of the requests for information, forms or questionnaires. They are intended for the company, its partners or service providers for the management of the event which the user is attending.

In communicating this information, users agree to allow the company to send them information either by post, e-mail or telephone. Event partners may do likewise, unless otherwise stipulated by users by e-mail.

If users do not wish to receive further mailings, they simply need to inform the company DG Consultants.
All users have the right to access, modify, correct and delete data concerning them (Article 34 of the "Computing and Freedom" law). To exercise this right, users must send a letter to DG Consultants 5-7 rue de l'Amiral Courbet, 94160 Saint Mandé, France, or an e-mail to tristan@dgconsultants.fr

DG Consultants reserves the right to conduct studies and statistical analyses on the users of the site dealing with the event.
